The Accessibility Statement contains information about the accessibility of the website or web application in accordance with Section 12a of the German Disability Equality Act (Behindertengleichstellungsgesetz). It also provides contact options for reporting existing barriers.

PERVORMANCE international GmbH is committed to making its website https://www.slimcool.de accessible without barriers. Conciliation procedure

The Federal Government Commissioner for Matters relating to Persons with Disabilities has a conciliation body pursuant to Section 16 BGG. The conciliation body’s task is to resolve conflicts between persons with disabilities and federal public authorities.

You may involve the conciliation body if you are not satisfied with the responses received via the contact option mentioned above. The aim is not to determine winners or losers; rather, the goal is to find a joint, out-of-court solution to a problem with the help of the conciliation body. The conciliation procedure is free of charge. You do not need legal representation. The conciliation body’s website provides all information about the conciliation procedure. There you can read about how the procedure works and how to submit an application for conciliation.
