Shipping & delivery
Delivery of our items is possible worldwide. We work with DHL; if necessary, other shipping service providers can be used in consultation with our customer service team. In individual cases, the use of other shipping service providers or special shipping methods (e.g. express shipping) may result in costs that are not identical to the shipping costs listed below. In these cases, the goods will only be sent in consultation with the individual customer at the costs incurred in the individual case.
We send all national parcels and parcels climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen and thus contribute to protecting the environment. You can find more information about climate-neutral shipping at DHL.
Please note:
In rare cases, two orders may overlap which means tha one item is ordered by two customers at the same time. This can lead to overlaps in our stock and causes a longer delivery time. In any case, we will inform you of this as quickly as possible and (if possible) offer you a suitable alternative or inform you of the new delivery time.
Shipping costs(including statutory VAT) we charge per order
Within Germany according to weight and for delivery abroad up to 5kg at flat rates.

Delivery times:
Lieferfrist abhängig vom Zielland.
Unless another deadline is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 10 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
